HWETeamTool.org allows an organization to assess its health against the AACN Standards for Establishing and Sustaining Healthy Work Environments. Each individual response to the assessment is anonymous. Collective scores for an organization and organizational units may be shared between the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and VitalSmarts, LC. AACN and VitalSmarts may also aggregate data from all assessments and share this information with those who request it. Aggregate data will not disclose the identity of participating organizations, assessment administrators and assessment subjects. The scores of your organization will not be labeled and shared with organizations other than AACN, VitalSmarts or its partners.

AACN and VitalSmarts cannot control the manner in which results are distributed by assessment administrators. If material claims are made against an assessment administrator who is abusing private information, HWETeamTool.org reserves the right to ban that referrer from use of HWETeamTool.org.

Some information is collected automatically. Examples of the information collected and analyzed include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; HWETeamTool.org password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system and platform; purchase history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time; cookie number; and products you viewed or searched for. During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
